Estimate time distance and vert. Will update later. Granby ranch xcountry trails. Got up to top on pretty tired legs. Did another lap up the lift and down silky.

Easy run to find Sio after biking. Legs felt ok overall. Uphills a little weak but overall running after biking not usually and issue. Will just be slow at stinger.

Up snow mtn and back from campsite. Slow climb. Little biking throughout day also.
