Box event that I got lucky in in the morning.

Classic SCOTJOS relay in the afternoon whom I was with the absolute pace machine that is lindsay. She was back in 5th and i just took it to 1st. go team, Good weekeend. Bye bye maureen and bill, you will be missed dearly

Note

Last supper SCOTJOS weekend for leaving 18s. First exercise from the cairngorm ski resort. Windy asf and was a mass start complete suicide. Injuries everywhere but picked up a 2nd with samG. Only training. I say planned well. RIP jake.

Three armed relay was interesting next.


A night-O in the evening that i pretty much ran with Daniel and Fred being really difficult and we bailed near the end mainly due to seeing a dog that was howling like a wolf in the way and it was scran time.

With Chunt yass

Running- Road hills 22:00 [2] 3.5 km (6:17 / km)
shoes: NewBalance 770v5

Got a little 150m steep incline (road) used. Cbf doing alot commitment issues ye. so 3(3x150) 15 sec rest between reps and 3 mins between each set.
varied times between 40-50 and another 150m jog back down added to time and distance and also all moving rests.

Chunt is still a beast so watch yo back cos he be catching
