Started a session but my stomach was so full of food it hurt to move so just slogged around Inverawe. Knee still a bit dodge but just ignoring it.

Short session in a field: very boggy and a slight gradient on one side-

Slight pain in the knee but wasn't long out anyways.

Short distance and easy pace to test the knee. Out to Inverawe, felt pain in the late 5 but apart from that just a bit tight.
