Creag Mhic Solo- Dec 2014 6.6km 400m, backwards. My favourite area anywhere in the UK by a long way.

No matter where you go on this area underfoot is rapido. Started off in the open running some good lines and flowing very nice with steady pace. Dropping into the forest second half keeping consistent but deliberately choosing routes I wouldn't normally take but didn't matter because every route is fast lol. Great final section finished nicely overall very happy.

Running- Offroad 36:03 [3] 7.62 km (4:44 / km) +36m 4:37 / km

Field tracks/ Forest terrain run- Down to river awe and along to train line, back. Feeling it in the legs on the way back but just eased pace and was fine.

Short WU, Short WD

Collie nathais Solo- Went to a very technical part of the map I haven't been to in years. Disgusting weather..

Started off with a few long legs turning with some shorter controls. #1 1.45km Red lined it lush terrain nice nav. #4 1.11km Nice line only using the larger details in the terrain. #5 1.18km No time to plan leg so came out of the control the wrong way massive banana through some very nice terrain although not what I wanted. Enjoyable overall.

Cheeky control pick at the top end of the map.

Smooth smooth maybe a couple bananas but slow and always in contact.

Running- Offroad hills 25:39 [3] 6.04 km (4:15 / km) +250m 3:31 / km

Short hill run- Windmills. Bad asthma but blasted it on the downhill to beat my splits from last time.

Running- Road 18:58 [3] 4.34 km (4:22 / km)

Home/WD. Bit of tightness.
