Falkland Long- Very physical area. Nice technical first section where I was decent and enjoyed this the most. Long leg out onto the open fell was really fun, good route-choice made it interesting. After that just plodded along with no mistakes really. Nice confidence boost as didn't bonk at all meaning the usual late game mistakes weren't being made. Blister very very large now so will need to be careful and calf was noticeable throughout. Big taper this week.

Tentsmuir Middle- Fast out the start and was moving well but mistook the L green for white where no. 6 was so messed around for ages in the wrong section. After that got back into it a bit, quite wobbly though. A bad exit direction towards the final control lost me some more time making it a not very good run overall... Nice area though, very fast.

Falkland Sprint- After the morning my L calf had flared up (originally thought it was my achilles turns out it is calf) and blister much larger so painful hobble around. Still managed to make some annoying mistakes but allot of controls so good practice for next week.

O-intervals near Linlithgow - Some good head to heads with GG, Alex, Jonny and Finn. Pretty bonky on the last one so they gave me a head start ;)

Went down to KF with Finn. Different sessions but managed to link up well on recoveries. Quite tight calves but shifting well and felt strong in the dirty headwind!
