did some core stuff in the arvo
run 20:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Gel 1120
went out to help james out with his research thing. did a 10 min warm up on the grass. then did 100 repeats of a little run. i took me 100 because i am a gump and couldnt hit the pressure pad, and the timing beam kept missing me. basically i was too fast lol. shins felt good as. did a solid ice when i got home though just to look after them

cruisy run to get the legs going again. just up taylor orad a bit Finally six weeks is up so running is all go. Shins felt very good. will build back in slowly like the physio says.
perineum still not good, but specialist should help

core stuff and shin/itb maintenance. this has been going the last few weeks.

Saturday Aug 4

ride in craters of the moon with andrew. Poured with rain the whole time but was awesome. so glad to be riding again. tracks were awesome too. andrew improved lots. legs felt quite flat to start but got better. after about half an hour perineum started getting a wee bit sore.
