waterfront ttt. rode number 3 in senior a. felt strong and did lots of driving with brad. legs tired after about 10km but got better for the last few km. really enjoyed it. we did a 22.05, 30sec down on st kentergans A

rode home with the guys. went around waterfront then up through cycleway. up triangle and through redhills. Made a break with Tom along redhills and by myself up triangle. feeling really strong. Knee isnt too bad. enjoyed it, good change from solo work.

rode up from kkk via kanohi through haruru and ararimu valley.
Did 5HBG and 5FBG, no rest between except for last FBG and HBG.
Knee started hurting after about 80mins, got really frustrated about it especially because of ttt tomorow

Bunch ride on east coast road and out to devo. Easy pace, but sprinted at pedestrian crossings. won a few sprints. feeling good. knee not too bad

spiked:12/16c slept:11.0 shoes: vj twisters
auckland ss o champs
good run, made a few mistakes coming into the circles, mainly from trying to think ahead too much
happy with my run.
need to improve running speed and accuracy after passing a linear attack point

knee feeling okay

did up and down intervals, 30sec each gear
also did 30 on 60 off
cant spin as fast as the others

AR ride at woodhill trails. Knee felt great until about 70mins, then pain came back
cold and damp in the forest
