spiked:7/15c shoes: vj twisters
oy 6 at kariotahi
did course 2
real windy but was running really well. fully forgot how to orienteer when i started. made a big mistake on 4 and droppd like 4 mins.after that decided to use it as a compass practise exercise. got prety good on the compass by the end.
really happy with ho well i was running

Duathlon race (NZSS multisport) 35:36 [5]
shoes: Time sst carbon
did the mtb and run legs with callum doing the kayak. he cameout in about 5th, moved into first on the mtb and got a big gap then had a solid run and won by quite alot.
plantar fascia hurting a bit during the run but not too bad, strapping helped heaps

pre ran the mtb and the run course for multisport nats. nice cruisy run with brad. legs feeling great and tapping of plantar fascia has helped.

went up the bays
rode whole session in biggest gear
felt prety good, but hard to climb some hills, especially the last hill out of torbay

felt good and did some mean attacks. mainly ended up leading out brad though
legs much better after the ride with sarah yeaterday

road ride with sarah. ent from newmarket out to the airport and then back via otara pt england and the waterfront. good ride. legs feeling flat from the run last week but still not too bad. really good to go for a ride with somebody else
