a couple of loops down at tele track, again focusing on staying in contact and reading subtle stuff

run down to tele track from bike park, went a different way this time, less direct and more terrain. feeling good, body getting used to this running thing. shins pretty good too

road ride up to kkk via hlv, and onr. real strong wind, like almost blew me off my bike strong, that would be embarrassing. enjoyed it despite the wind.

rode from home out thru west auckland loop to newmarket. rained the whole time.. great way to spend my thursday morning haha

mtb in the arvo out to muriwai, down the walking track, around down by the creek on some of the tracks, then back up pulpit rock and home along the highway. solid as norwesterly wind that made the going either real slow or real fast

run down at muriwai in the evening. did an old course on the muriwai map. focussed on reading detail into the control, worked pretty good. after the course ran up to area 51 and back to the car at the carpark
