shoes: inov8 flyroc
collecting controls from the p6 today. got pretty much all of the controls and put them at a couple of dumps for shaun to get in the 4x4. controls were yellow/orange and pretty easy but got the mind thinking o. legs felt a bit tired running, but not too bad

collected the arrows from the creek thing that phil set up for the p6.

from riverhead bridge, 2 laps up to the waterfall and back. good for getting used to the total eclipse. got really relaxed in it by the end. arms feeling better today, focused on geting arms high and reaching forward. itd got abused by the physio again today. Any advice anyone? any stretches for the itb and tensor facia latae?

kayak with rob and andrew and martin. shared a double with martin. good session, arms feeling better than in the past

pretty cruisy mtb ride with andrew up at woodhill. looking after my itb so wasnt too fast. ended up riding with lights for the last half hour. still feeling a bit tired

Tuesday Nov 6

ride with jack up the peak. mint place to ride. legs feeling really flat and knee a bit dodge. feeling a bit of fatigue in the legs still. after jack went back to school went back through a round about way through havelock

cruised round havelock having a look after being at the morrisons place. why cant med school be in hawkes bay?

run up mt erin with jack. i love hawkes bay, hot and sunny and a cool as place to run, and we could start from his house! so stoked. took some stuff to make knees not hurt
