orienttering in the forest, focussed on contact with the map at all times. was good, shins were a ok but foot was weird again at least ive got podiatrist on thurs. orienteered well and only had to stop myself once or twice.

rode to forest via kiwitahi road and home after o via sh16 legs felt pretty godd, much better than the last few days. was going crazy today, too much study

from home out to muriwai and back via fosters road. legs felt average as to start ut got going on the way out of muriwai so climbed that at tempo and school road and waikoukou valley. legs ok by the end, windy as but real shifty. head was not feeling it at the start, was thinking bout how much more study i have to do this weekend. sigh.

home to helensville via inland road then out to rimmers down to beach, along coast mission buzzard haggis doris cookie race face then home via kiwitahi. good ride felt ok a bit flat but not too worried has been a busy as week. hill legs are starting to come back

rode from home via school road and out through the bethels road then down to swanson and the back way through henderson and te atatu to cycle way then up along newton road to lion. pretty good ride, felt slow to start but got going. missed training yesterday cos of foot and also way too much uni work to do. had first test today so thats one out of the way. going to be interesting for the rest of the semester having to balance it. havent been sleeping that much either.

rode home from uni, got rained on, sumed up how i was feeling today with so much uni stuff to do. also the lateral side of my right foot is hurting around the edge of the cuboid/5th mt. random and got worse duirng the day, was sort of there yesterday. dont know what it is.
