road ride out to bethels and then back past cat food factory. legs felt good until like 2 hours 5 then they turned shit for some reason, was damn cold and that was when i was startin to get cold. 2x Acc on the hill. surprisingly enjoyable in the mist and rain

run before driving to the train in the morning, wet and dark but legs felt good. shins were good

road from uni to swanson to get the car via new lynn etc. did 3 acc 2min. legs were feeling better, stretched more in the last week and done a few strectches differently especialy the hamstrings
