| orienteering score event at stags roar. ran like a gimp. as simon would say i had my gimp as leather hat over my eyes a little too much while he was a gimp who couldnt walk cos his leather pants were too tight. overshot 1 like a retard was sweet for the next 6 controls then stuffed one then 4 or 5 good then stuffed one. was relaxing too much and fighting the terrain. cared too much about going fast. has not been a good two weeks of training |

| did the d squad forest training today.
first up did an exercise at 1:5000 down on hobbits coast only 7.20 long, went fast, one error but the area where it was is kinda dodge and we all had problems on that one.
next was a simplification exercise, this was good, coastal strip again. only problem i had was that felt like my heart was pumping concrete at one stage then my hr shot up and i got all disorientated. made me stuff a control and i had to sit down for my hr to come right, hit 230 according to my monitor and roughly there acording to my pulse too. very weird. never had that before. last exercise was a team pursuit with me and james. we were both trying hard to drop the other on our legs and cracked james on one of them haha. felt good and was orienteering well, high hr didnt come back despite really pushing it so who knows. was feeling light headed doing the sheep in the morning too when was standing up, could be related. |

| ride from uni to car at swanson. knee still sore so took it easy. whats with me and hurting myself at the moment? was sore near the insertion of sartorius and around the anterior portion of the pes anserinus. perhaps capsule a bit inflammed? spun out tody and it felt alright. was a minta day too |
