Work stuff on in morning in Castleford, hence late start. Supposed to be CDR so avoided carbs all day. Just needed water on run as quite hot. had to local, struggled to get elevation gain target.

Felt a bit tired out in the afternoon. Alright as soon as I got outside in the sunshire when I got home.
Foot maybe slightly worse. Just a bit stiffer than last week or so.

Hip issue still seems to have gone away.
Upper back a bit stiff. Neck real stiff for some reason.

Had to do run locally. Needed to catch up on sleep after weekend. Had to do a few repeats of same hills to get elevation gain inb, still didn't manage 2000m.

Felt pretty good, not stiff or sore. Hip issue seems to have gone away. Ankle still improving but still a bit tender on top. Perhaps just fluid moving around.

60' Steady with Speed Variations

Got in about midday from crewing sister. Went straight to be. Pretty much got up to run and went back to bed. Felt a bit foggy when woke up but alright once I got out of the door. Felt better with each speed variation and better towards the end of the run, strongest the last 10 mins. Legs felt surprisingly good after yesterday, no soreness or anything. Just a bit of tenderness/stiffness on foot.
