Running 13:42 [3] 2.2 km (6:14 / km)

Easy jog to see how I was feeling. Felt a bit queasy and short of breath. Still no where close to well but definitely on the up.

Also rode my bike to my exam and back and felt ok doing that. Keep taking it easy to recover.

Note

Still sick. Pretty awful again today, really stuffy and blowing my nose alot. Aches and chills all day as well. Felt really out of it. Managed to smash the studs none the less. Had a bad night's sleep last night, hopefully better tonight.

Thursday Nov 3, 2016 #

Note

Woke up feeling pretty good, went and had productive morning and early arvo but then starting crashing again and by the time I went to bed I was feeling the worst I've felt. Slept really badly as a result. Lots of coughing and feeling really hot. This sucks.

Wednesday Nov 2, 2016 #

Note

Even worse. Woke up and had to take some medicine. Struggled through the day then decided to try cold and flu tablets. Feeling much better on them.

Tuesday Nov 1, 2016 #

Note

Sick as a dog. Sore throat, sore ears and sinuses. Hot and cold flushes and general discomfort.

Monday Oct 31, 2016 #

Note

Beginnings of a sore throat in the evening, hopefully I just talked too much...

Running 27:47 [3] 6.6 km (4:13 / km)

Run do Bronte, and then to coogee for a picnic. Lovely afternoon. Went for a swim after too which was nice.

Knees feeling pretty good.

Rockclimbing 20:00 [3]

Bronte cutting traverse. 80m of V1/V0 pump. Pretty fun and good training. Would definitely do again.

Orienteering 35:14 [3] 5.2 km (6:47 / km)

Orienteering on Cooleman Ridge. What a great map! For something so close to the suburbs it's really quite a lot of fun. Mt Arawang has a lot of challenging rock detail on it, at least the first time you run it. Didn't always take the optimal route choices on purpose to avoid track running and maximise climb.

Running 28:34 [3] 4.3 km (6:39 / km)

Run over Mt Arawang and back to get more climb in to get me top 1000m for the week (ended up about 1100m in the end I think).
