event 1 @ RMIT bundoora west; overall an OK race. I had one major stuff up at #17 (didn't read control description) and ended up wasting a lot of time running in the wrong direction. I found myself navigating well to the circle but not to the control itself. had pretty good flow out of controls.

event 2 @ melbourne uni; better than the first event. I felt more confident during this race though I did make a few silly errors, the first being running straight past #1. I made a total mess of controls 4/5, ran to the upper level above #4 then didn't read my map and ran around the area #5 was in for far too long. I chose a slightly long route to #8 but the remainder of the course was good.

I was really tired today so just planned to go for a chill run. ended up going faster than anticipated at the start because there was some guy right behind me.. and then felt super sluggish at the end. very short run, probably pretty pointless but oh well.
