0930 - Stirrup Glen. 1:10'000. Brown. Fairly decent race, but blew towards the end quite badly. Last two controls where done at snails pace. Can only assume that I hadn't recovered / rehydrated properly since yesterday's mountain bike race? Otherwise, course quite nice, but probably too many dogleg controls for my liking. Alex measured 11.28km on his GPS.
