Meyers Farm parkrun near Alberton.

Mornings are starting to get fresh. They've changed to start location and the middle part of the route. Downhill start now to the river crossing before the long pull, now extended, up to the lower slopes of the mountain to make up for the shorter start / finish section.

It's now even more of a trail run than previously, so very enjoyable and tough.

Time was awful after 4 - 12 weeks of combined issues of knee surgery, broken shoulder and flu / covid. HR was still a bit too high for my comfort today when analyzed again effort, so it will be a few more weeks of building up again.
