Swiss Long Distance Champs, 1:15'000, Salhoechi, AG, HE category

A very long course and time. Very long legs in places with lots of climb and quite a lot of track running. Probably did 18km+. Once again no speed. With a 2h30 cut-off time, got quite worried towards the end. :-O

Swiss Sprint Champs, Windisch, AG, 1:4'000. HE class.

Struggled to get into the map to #1 and lost a few secs on route choice. Then okay with almost no mistakes, but no speed. Felt very tired after the week in Prague.
