From Sprockets out via Bidon and back via Cradle road and Elandsdrift.

It was 8'C driving through Broadacres, 2'C at Sprockets at 6.30am and about -2'C on the flat marshy area below Olwazini. Finger tips will be peeling in two weeks time and I really need a better pair of gloves for winter riding.

Ran the roads around the estate.

Upped the running time from 30 to 45 mins or so. Pain level down to about 1/10 now, biggest improvement over the last 3 months has been in this 3rd month.
