Huddle Parkrun

Back to Huddle Park. They've done a slight route change at the start, but otherwise similar, with 3.5 notable hills on the route.

Arm fracture is starting to feel relaxed now. Almost back to 'normal' running style.

Felt extremely knackered after the run, and in hindsight was the first sign that I was coming down with flu / cold / covid.
