easy, long rolling run. AFA falcon loop from my house.
very hard. legs never felt great and last 1-1.5 hours were a struggle. half-way wanted to call for a ride home. think I'm a little out of shape as far as long run fitness goes. ran out of my usual energy drink, so have been using Kool-Aid, maybe that was a factor? Has plenty of sugar in it though and tastes damn good.
