NAV-X Race with Kyle. Amazing State Park with giant red wood tree...loved it, but not that much for the hornets! 2 bites at the right legs after 1h30 left me with a "wet noodle" leg for the rest of the race! Was tough with a weak leg... 10pm and my leg is still not good!

Legs seemed tired at the beginning from yesterday crossfit, but it was only an impression! Felt great except during the quick loop in Huckleberry where it was tougher for my legs.

Conclusion... I need to work on getting more power on bike. I've margin on HR, but can't keep up the power output of Kyle. Not dressed enough, my legs were cold... that doesn't help, but it's not an excuse.
