40' Easy + 6 x SOs. Didn't really enjoy that at all - it's like the arctic out there. Legs weren't bad, though. Still, I guess you could say I got away with it as it was -17 in Leutasch this morning.

60' easy + 30' uphill tempo run + 30' easy. Very snowy and slow going but quite fun out there. Legs felt not but but hard to tell given the conditions. Felt quite strong when I upped the effort on the tempo portion.

40' moderate + 6 x Hill-Sprints. Felt pretty good out there. Heavy snow and slow conditions underfoot but quite fun. Jumped on the scales for the first time in a while as I don't have any in Switzerland and saw the excesses of Xmas writ large.

6 x 1000m in 3'20” / 3'30” jogs + 5 x 400m in 73” / 90” jogs.

Found that session quite hard psychologically as my legs were a bit battered from the start, I forgot about the 5 x 400m until this morning and it was really cold and humid at the track. Not as cold as this forthcoming weekend, though!

55' Moderate + 8 x SVs. Better legs than yesterday and went ok despite enormous amounts of street furniture, cars, dope-smokers, pets, errant cyclists, pot-holes, shoe-gazers, phone-fiddlers and all manner of other assorted shit trying, without success, to trip me up and ruin my evening.

55' Moderate + 6 x SOs. Felt pretty good for the first 3km and then pretty crap for the next 6km and ok for the last few. Was quite hungry most of the way around but expect the main reason for my tiredness was that Sunday's run is still in my legs. Character building stuff out there - I even got wet through my Gore-Tex - and it was pretty windy.
