25' more easy than moderate owing to very fresh legs. Achilles much bettter than 2 nights ago, possibly even better than Tuesday night. Cycling tomorrow and will play it by ear on Sunday.

35' Easy. Discomfort in achilles slowly built up so I knocked it on the head after a bit. Pain/discomfort probably less than last week.

45' Easy with Emily in the Woods above Seefeld. Got lost at least 963 times as it's clearly too difficult to remember a route from 2 days ago if you're a girl. Achilles not too bad but could feel it. Stopped to Stretch it a few times.
