Practice:
- basic warmups
- 7 mile run - 7:30/mile - low intensity
- 2 x 100 meter strides
- cool down stretches and core exercises

Cross Country Meet 17:42 [3] 5.0 km (3:32 / km)

Second meet at Thompson park, Red Division Meet. It was very humid and lots of bugs so that wasn't fun, but I paced myself better this time. I took it of a bit slower, and had enough energy to keep running a decent pace after the huge hill at the end of the race. Overall I came in 18th out of the red division schools there, and 1st for my school.
