Above time is watch time, timer time (actual time) was 10:19.
So I have no idea why but since my stomach has been turning itself inside out the entire day, with me throwing up and what not. Hopefully it doesn't progress into a full blown sickness and I'll feel better tomorrow. Since I won't really have time to do this time trial later, I just sucked it up and did it as best as I could.
I really don't know how to pace myself when i'm running alone. Went from a first lap of 73 seconds to like a consistent 83/84 seconds per lap by the end...
Considering doing it again Tueday if I have time and if I am up for it?
