Hill Run (Treadmill) 10 min warm up 10 min on 15 degree incline at 12 min per mile 5 min easy Alternating between 15 degree incline and 0 degree incline at 12 min per mile 5 min cool down Easier hill workout today as I just started to feel better. 10 min of normal hill effort followed by a bit of playing around with heart rate. Had it at max incline, and as soon as heart rate reached 175 bpm, set it to 0. As soon as heart rate lowered to 140bpm, set it to max incline again. Repeated this pattern for about another 10 minutes and called it a day.
