Note

Didn't want to do this again so soon, but with 3 hours of sleep last night and exams today left me feeling dead by the time I got home.

Tuesday Oct 29, 2019 #

4 PM

Running 40:28 intensity: (9:39 @2) + (14:06 @3) + (16:43 @4) 3.84 mi (10:32 / mi) +322m 8:22 / mi
ahr:143 max:175

Hill Run (Treadmill)
10 min warm up
10 min on 15 degree incline at 12 min per mile
5 min easy
Alternating between 15 degree incline and 0 degree incline at 12 min per mile
5 min cool down
Easier hill workout today as I just started to feel better. 10 min of normal hill effort followed by a bit of playing around with heart rate. Had it at max incline, and as soon as heart rate reached 175 bpm, set it to 0. As soon as heart rate lowered to 140bpm, set it to max incline again. Repeated this pattern for about another 10 minutes and called it a day.

Legs are a bit sore, otherwise ok.

Note

Just feel pretty terrible. Taking the entire day as a rest day and hoping to feel stronger tomorrow. On a side note this will be my first proper rest day in almost 2 months so it's about time for one.
