Though minor, I definitely had some noticeable discomfort later in the day after my run, so taking two days off instead of one. Virtual-O grind until then.

Afternoon Run
Testing out how running feels. Definitely much better, last time I ran I had noticeable pain after 10 minutes. Today I ran about 25 minutes before noticing some minor discomfort. Good to see improvement, but I wish I was able to run more confidently. I am going to take tomorrow off and try another 30 min run Monday.
