using some creative band-aid work on my blisters I attempted to go for a run but only got as far as the end of the street, came back and resurrected an old pair of shoes.
Felt pretty stiff and sore, and needed to go to the toilet, decided to make it an extremely short loop, gradually increased the pace the whole way to about 90% coming in.
May have to rest these feet a bit tomorrow and only do technical work and riding over the weekend.
Want to get a long run in sometime.

Around Tidal River then across at the bridge and up to Pillar Point, back out to the new Tidal Outlook Track and around the back of the hill and down to the river.

Nice track and run. Stopped for the view at Pillar Point. Didn't time this run.

Didn't wear socks. mega blisters and chaffage: day off tomorrow.

some epic dune running /jumping.
will probably make a movie.

swimming (Tidal River) 30:00 [3]

Went down to Wilson's Prom with Bryan and Leon.

Went swimming and got sucked out, had to use all my (complete lack of) swimming skills to haul my way back in. Definately a training session.
