cleaned up my bike and put on a new tube, so I decided to go for a spin.

Orienteering race (Truganina Park) 26:45 [3] *** 5.68 km (4:43 / km) +117m 4:16 / km
shoes: Mizuno Wave Rider 10

First of the western Thursdays.
Completely in park so I guess this counts as normal orienteering...
think I picked the best route, but started off to the first control without my control card which wasted a bit of time, then ran off in the wrong direction half way round thinking I was at a different control.

Would think it unwise to criticise the course setter, but it was the shortest A course I have ran in a while.

don't know where I managed to find 117m climb out there. the mound isn't that big.

cresta valley to South Buffalo Peak and back.
great view. bit monotonous run though.
