turned up too late to run officially.
Ran without a card; have no idea of my actual time; was quite hot and I only felt like I was struggling (physically) in one section.
Got back in one piece. I think all that flow training on the map last year paid off.

36' when I fininshed.

no sign of knee trouble; must have just been a woose.

Will go for a swim tonight.

slow easy swim. We left early because Chelsea's shoulders were still sore from Saturday's sesssion.

Note

slept in instead of going for a run; am fearing potential injury;
went to uni with Matt P; aths club will hopefully be affiliated with ANUSA by the end of the week; and we will also hopefully have a major sponsor by then. who knows....

the usual morning run felt a pain in my left knee which felt suspiciously illiotibial-related; decided to head back and rest it for today (ice after work)
