Easy run but felt a bit tired today, just in my legs, but overall ok and felt better as run progressed. Hill sprints were ok, felt that the middle 4 were the best.
Looking back at the run yesterday, I noticed that when I was running uphill it didn't feel any different as if I was running on the flat, hopefully means I'm getting a lot quicker and fitter.
