Easy run and my legs felt knackered today, very tired and no energy in them. Quite a bit of muscle soreness in them as well. Just ran it easy, mixture of off road and on road (to get onto the off road).

Core work, usual swiss ball exercises and then new standing based exercises that Chris gave me to do. Also some extra swiss ball work.
