Good session, really pleased with it, feel like i ran well and for the first time felt relatively comfortable running at 3.50 pace which is a breakthrough. Main reason i ran well was that i have eaten loads, just dont think i have been eaten enough (martin is always right..). Splits were 7.41, 7.43, 7.43, 7.40, 7.41, 7.3i, 7.39. Splits got faster as the seasion got on and i was 3secs slower because the first 50m or so seemed to be a bit slower.
