Easy run but felt a bit tired today, just in my legs, but overall ok and felt better as run progressed. Hill sprints were ok, felt that the middle 4 were the best.
Looking back at the run yesterday, I noticed that when I was running uphill it didn't feel any different as if I was running on the flat, hopefully means I'm getting a lot quicker and fitter.

Moderate run, ran on the roads and ran really well, just felt nice and smooth and comfortable, Route was undulating and a couple of hills about 1-2miles long but managed them well and felt nice and strong running up them.

Legs a bit tired today, so ran it easy but all fine.

Easy run home, had to walk one section through some woods though as very dark and no head torch.

Run with mow cop, thought it would be easy run but some sections were almost at tempo pace, a couple of k's were at 4min pace. Felt ok, just wasn't expecting to run as fast but all fine. Seemed to manage the change in pace quite easily.

Easy run home but felt really good, climbed very good and just felt strong in my legs and almost effortless tonight. Finished with 4x strideouts

Moderate run into work, was running a bit late and hoped to make train. Ran well though and felt good

Surprised myself abit today, just felt really good and ran well, legs felt full of running and ran very well on the hills, a couple of them I usually struggle up a bit but I felt good today. Ran well on the rocky sections too. Run ended up being a bit longer as I felt good and wanted to check out a route. Ran at moderate pace, and felt comfortable but moving well. Quite a few miles were on a disused railway track, now footpath.

Easy cycle, well I attacked on each hill, out of the saddle working hard, but generally an alright pace. Just fancied getting out on my bike for an hour or so.
