Didn't sleep great which was annoying, but awful weather to begin with - snow and rain at the same time so waited until drier weather and then headed out for a first run. Felt good though, legs a little stiff to begin with but I was pretty tired after yesterdays run. Route nearly all off road, apart from 2k down and up hill on to almost flat off road track.

Easy running and felt really good this evening, just easy running but it felt easy, definitely feeling a lot better. All off road, except 2k on road down to track and 4k back the hill. Finished with 6 strideouts and felt good on these.

5.76k easy run, then 20k with 1k specific endurance and 1k moderate repeat for 20k, then 5.58k easy run. Weather a lot better today, dry and sunshine and a lot warmer, still pretty windy and when running had quite a strong cross wind, felt like I had to work abit harder due to the wind. Splits roughly were 3.40-3.45 for 1k SE section, aim was 3.35 which I managed in the section out of the wind. Last rep was 3.50, but I was knackered and a bit light headed. Then 4.30 on the moderate section. I ran the session on a 2k loop and on the moderate section it was pretty windy and just felt quite tired in my legs on that section. I'm relatively pleased with the session, still felt like I was working too hard for it, or more my quads still felt a bit empty and not like they felt a couple of weeks ago. Annoyed, but felt like I committed myself pretty well to the session just would have liked to run a lot faster. Total time for 22.02km was 1hr22.48 with 77m of ascent. Very tired after session, and run home was pretty easy.

Easy running, aside from 2k down, then 2k back up pretty much a flat route on trails. ran well and felt pretty comfortable. Finished with 8x hill sprints.

Moderate run in awful weather, rain, hail, wind, and snow. Felt good though, splits were a little slower due to the awful weather but on the flat sections I was averaging 4.25pace and felt good. Just have so much more energy when running and although the pace slowed a bit on the uphill back up to mow cop it stayed pretty consistent.

Easy run, felt good this morning, just easy pace but felt comfortable all the way. Just feeling so much better than last week thankfully. Route was road, canal path and one section of muddy/rocky section but this was only for 1k and fully runnable.

Easy run, after a long drive home from Wales. All fine and ran it pretty easy but felt good. just abit late in the evening. Route was on roads, but standard route I do in the dark.

Good run on road, canal and trails, felt pretty good and definitely a lot better then I felt last week. Enjoyed running today, although my right ankle was abit stiff, I'm wondering whether it is something to do with the new exercises I'm trying as they seem to have tightened up my hip a little.

Easy run, off road pretty much the whole way but muddy and wet underfoot so a few sections were a bit slower then I would have liked. Felt a lot better today and a lot smoother when I was running, sort of back to how easy running should feel. Finished with 4 x strideouts, would have run 6 but I was getting absolutely freezing as it was pouring with rain.
