Easy running, late going out as picked up Walter in the morning. All fine, felt pretty good and just ran just ran it easy.

Really late getting back last night as flight delayed, so was knackered today. Decided to only run once as had to drive back in evening. Made run a little longer so to make up a bit for only running once. Felt ok, just tired.

Ok so this run was quite abit longer than i had planned but it was a cracking route and i wanted to explore this valley section a bit more. Stunning all the way and loved every bit, also felt good, just ran it easy but seemed to be running well.

Pretty sure elevation isnt right as the other day it waz less than 200m. Easy running on forestry trails, nice route. Finished witj strideouts on a slight incline.

Really pleased with this session, ran well today and actually really enjoyed it. 20k with 1k alternates of 3.50 pace which i managed fine (all between 3.48-3.53) and my watch seemed to take a while to register an increase in pace so feel confident that they were more 3.45-3.50. Moderate sections were 4.25, slowed a bit towards the end sadly but found it hard to judge moderate pace to start with but got better at it. Hot and very muggy weather. Felt like i bonked a bit at the end but generally ok.

Easy run on trails. Just such a nice route, and felt great.

Core work. Usual exercises but slightly modified. Outside in sunshine though, very nice.

Almost the same route as morning, just a cracking route that has everything fun in it.

Two sets of technical exercises on a slight incline but seemed to be good doing them on that.
