Easy run to warm up.

Really really pleased about today's session, shame about the wind though as it slowed the splits a little but i felt great. Did feel like i was getting over a cold a little as my lungs felt a bit tight but my legs felt full of energy. 5 k times were 19.23, 19.23, 19.29. Each 5k had 14m of climbing, i feel like i lost at lesst 5secs maybe more running into the wind. Then the 3k was 11.30. On the 5ks 3k of it was into a headwind and the other 2k were out of the wind a bit. 3k was in 11.30, but i went through 2k of the 3k in 9.30 so 3.45 pace but strong headwind on last k cost me time. I think for the first time in this sort of session i finished it feeling i had run well.

Have to admit i was knackered. So this was slow, very slow. Did walk a bit of the climb as my legs were tired.

Easy run and generally felt fine. Although bit of a blocked nose this evening but do not feel unwell. Finished with 6 x hill sprints.

Easy run. Feeling loads better, i think i was feeling unwell because i was tired. But ran fine today. Just on roads abd trails.

Core work. Swiss ball, lunges, balancing, calf raises, medicine ball exercises.

Stopped half way to do technical exercises. Felt fine this evening and all day hence why i went out again. Easy running on road and trail, similar to this morning.

Easy run, felt a lot better today.

Easy run on the canal, felt tired tonight and had run 72mins earlier so within time for run. Feel ok, think i was just a bit anxious with work. Stomach and bowel still sore which is really annoying/uncomfortable. Didnt do technical exercises as ankle been a bit stiff, will do tomorrow instead.

Easy run. Legs very tired today and generally tired so run was very easy and didn't feel great but got round the run. Didnt sleep great last night and stomach been sore last night and today, its just from long run, seems to upset it.

Good run, felt really good today, moderate pace all the way, couple of k's were a bit slower as there were a few hills in it and for the first 11-12miles there was a strong headwind.Two 4.45's i think and first one was 5mins. Average pace was 4.32 but overall nearly all were 4.25. Given me quite a bit of confidence as it felt comfortable and that I could have easily run faster. Moderate pace is beginning to feel easy. Tried drinking today as mum out on her bike with me which was awesome. Drank at stages there is at Frankfurt, not too much, more to get used to it.
