Rest day. Woke up feeling rough with sore throat. Can't believe this has happened of all weekends to be ill on. Did jog for 5mins early just to stretch legs but not feeling great.

Sadly watch ran out of battery after 8.8k but guessed it was roughly an hour and end distance. Felt fine, and nice run overall.

Nice run along the canal, out and back. Abit wet and muddy in some sections but felt fine.

Moderate run. One of those runs where i just didnt focus well, but think im just a bit nervous about Sunday. Run was undulating and not convinced the altitude is right, as previously recorded higher for this route. Felt fine though, and splits slightly slower because of the hills.

Easy run on off road trails, bit wet and muddy underfoot though so took my time but all fine and felt good. Finished with 4 x hill sprints.

Core work, usual exercises. Swiss ball, medicine ball, clams, lunges, balance exercises.
