Easy running, but feel so much better. No coughing up anything and legs felt less heavy and more energy. All on road but a loop course. Just glad to be back running.

Didnt feel great this morning so rested plus drs appointment and felt brighter this afternoon so ran then but shorter and easy. Felt ok running, took it easy.

Easy run, felt ok, very easy but cold this morning. Feeling ok, but still not right. Feeling worse this evening.

Easy run. Felt better today, a big improvement in how i felt, breathing still abit laboured and havent got that smoothness back but feeling a lot stronger. Run was on undulating road, on flat sections running 4.45ks and felt ok. Longest run ive done, originally planned to do an hour but felt ok so did a bit more. Finished with 6 x strideouts. Felt better on those as well.

Walk on forestry trails. Felt fine. Seem to recover fine from run this morning.
