Easy running to low moderate pace in middle section. Up in mow cop so ran along biddulph way, but it was snowing, hail and cold but felt good. Middle section was flatish at 4.40-4.45 pace.

Easy running. On flatish trails around mow cop as there for a few days. Felt better and ran alright. Right ankle a bit stiff but done a bit of driving and think my hip had tightened up a bit. No internet or phone signal for the last few days as been in Yorkshire with a meeting.

Easy running. Didnt feel great this morning so ran very easy hence slow time. Will probably rest tomorrow as a long day. Right ankle a bit sore but better half way into run, seemed to loosen a bit and much better after technical exercises. Ran 4 x strideouts (after technical exercises).

Active warm up, nailed it. Easy run on muddy trails with lots of little climbs and descents. Ran pretty well and felt good on the up and down. Felt nice to be out on some trails.

Coordination and Posture 30:00 [2]

All exercises. Going through each in detail, do quite a few of them in my core circuit or a derivative of. Really pleased with how i managed the exercises though. Balance etc has improved and could tolerate them well, left leg definitely stronger than right leg but improving.

Active warm up. Easy run. Felt alright, and ran ok. Feel like i have recovered fine from cold but lost a bit of sharpness in my legs. Road was road, canal path, rocky forest track and road. Finished with 6 x strideouts

Active warm up. Found it fine, pleasantly surprised how well it went. Lunges were good, the only one i wobbled abit on was the backward lunge. Leg swings were fine, as been doing some of them already. Run went well, i feel so much better, made me realise how ill I'd been feeling. Finished with 6 x strideouts (after technical exercises).

Core work. Usual routine that i have been using.

Hiking/walking up and down a hill. Quite easy pace but steep in places.
