Mt Kuring-Gai to Berowra
Taking a break from studying with some awesome trails. Long downhill followed by a technical track to the river. Got slightly lost trying to find the path up to Berowra. The hill was a killer. Took it pretty comfortably today, taking lots of stops for directions and great photos. Love this part of Sydney!

Started off really well up 13-8 and not sure what happened. Made a few silly errors and he started playing smarter. Annoyed I lost this game. Lost the 2nd aswell very closely. He was pretty much stuffed by midway through the 3rd so finished home strongly to win in 5. Not my best squash but a win nonetheless

He was a big guy and I thought I could run him around and tire him but credit to him, he played really smart and kept it low to my backhand. I struggled to get any momentum and my arm was starting to fatigue after lots of hitting earlier in the day. Found it difficult to get the ball past him

Took it comfortable up Bobbo West - not sure how i managed a PR, legs must've been working harder than i thought. Break at the bottom and easy cruise back. Perfect.

Willoughby Emerge Festival "The Incinerator"
Line Course - DNF
Not sure why but i decided to pick the Extra Long course when i really would've been happy with the Long. Easy running until 3 where i took missed a shortcut (30sec). Ran past it by 100m as it was hidden quite well (2mins) Straight forward until 7 which took a bit of finding once i got there (1mins). By this stage i was happy to call it here as i was close to home so followed the trail up to 11 and then the finish.
The Newtons didn't handle the slippery trails good at all and neither did dad. He had a stack coming down some technical trails, scrapped all over and hit his head on a rock (lucky he has a melon head and was fine)
