Won 34-33 vs TH 300 Very scrappy start and he kept hitting winners that I had no answer for. Down by 12 with 5mins to go I started to push the pace and he made errors. Lucky winning shot right before the buzzer.

Draw 30-30 vs PS 340 (Final) Sorta didn't expect much in this match. His shots were super tight and mine very loose but stuck in there. Though it was over down 23-13 but slowly crept it back as he made errors. Won a string of points at the end to come away with a very happy draw.
Relieved to be back above 300 matrix after being stuck on 299 for months due to injury and not playing.

Breaking in new Altra LP's (not that they need it - they feel like slippers!) with a longish cruise. Made the mistake of thinking the Oxfam Trailwalker started tomorrow and the train was packed there. Exploring up the rarely visited Jerusalem Bay Firetrail - first bit is steep then gradual wide firetrail. Made it halfway up the hill towards Brooklyn with the aim of getting to the wide firetrail then turning back but must have passed Start Group 1 coming down and after passing about 30 runners I gave up. Kinda fun running back up the hill to Cowan Station, picking them off one at a time. Lots of support as i ran passed which motivated me to push up it :P Caught up to the front runners at Cowan Station then down to Berowra Waters with some efforts on the descent. Lazy jog back to Berowra Station - solid last hitout before Coastal Classic next weekend!

Night run around Pennant Hills. Sprint into the bush then getting confused taking all the minor tracks. Did 5 x Ethan's Hill with 1 at tempo then a hard effort up to City View Lookout. Didn't expect it to take almost 2hrs but felt really good so kept going. Legs feeling super fresh!
Legs felt really fresh as if hadn't run yesterday which was weird. Decided to play it safe anyway. Should've done some crosstraining instead of being overloaded with uni/assignments. Entered for Coastal Classic - not sure what time i should roughly aim for but anything under 3hrs and I'll be happy.
