Progressive run, four laps around the lake on trails. It went pretty well, every 1km split got faster and the last lap was around 3'10" without being too hard. Didn't feel especially good but it's solid enough at the moment.

First ever treadmill run! Wanted some uphill running and thought I'd try it out. 12% gradient at mostly 11.2km/h whatever that is. Took a while to find the right speed and to settle in to it but by the end I was tired and felt like I ran with good form and without anything hurting.
