Hill running 1:33:39 [3] 20.06 km (4:40 / km) +550m 4:06 / km

Through Brathens then up Hill of Fare and back. Fairly relaxed effort but steady on the climbs. Feeling pretty good overall. Achilles much better but calf feeling a bit tight after the descent.
5 PM

Running, mostly off road 39:59 [2] 9.04 km (4:25 / km) +100m 4:11 / km

Three easy laps around the Upper Lochton and forest loop. Noticing the calf a bit early on then it eased off.
