Warm up and cool down easy running around the rice fields then back to the apartment after the session. The wind picked up all morning so by the time I was running home it was in to a solid wind and uphill which was a bit tiring.
Road Running intervals 34:25 [5] 11.02 km (3:07 / km) +70m 3:02 / km
Short tempo run (3.3km) then 6 x 4' (2' easy). Ran with Dan on the reps, first one pretty relaxed then going a bit faster. Really windy so the splits weren't even at all. An extra day of recovery would have been better but it made sense to run with Dan and get one last solid session in before going home. Will run easier over the next days and freshen up before the weekend.
