Easy running to the bottom of Scolty and back plus some easy running between uphill efforts. Feeling fine straight from the door.
Hill running intervals 27:33  4.48 km (6:09 / km) +570m 3:46 / km
Five Scolty reps up different paths each time. Some steeper and less smooth and others a bit less steep and smoother. First rep or two felt tough then got more used to it. Happy with the session. Paths fairly muddy in places but fine.
