Spent yesterday evening and this morning doing some stretches to target the hip flexor and it seemed to help. Hip was a bit tender in places but no longer restricted and catching with every stride.
Started at the bottom of Scolty and planned to turn back if it tightened up but it was pretty much okay. Kept lots of up and downhills in as the change in gradient seemed to stretch it quite well. Didn’t take anything to drink and was really thirsty by the end with it being slightly warmer and humid.
