Warm up down to Deeside line and a few strides. Cool down the same way home with more strides after the session. Didn't feel too tired after and was definitely moving quicker than the warm up strides.
Running, mostly off road tempo 49:00 [5] 14.45 km (3:23 / km) +70m 3:19 / km
4 x 10' (3') on the Deeside line. Some slippery sections and lots of puddles to dodge but still enjoyable and probably a better session than staying on the road. Legs didn't seem able to go very quick but each rep felt slightly better.
